RENSSELAER - Joseph "Joey" D. Richardson, 80, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 1, 2026, at the Van Rensselaer Manor Nursing Home, surrounded by the love of his devoted sisters. A Funeral Mass will be offered on June 9, 2026, in The Parish of St. John the Evangelist and St. Joseph, 54 Herrick St., Rensselaer, N.Y. 12144, at 10 a.m. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 3rd Ave. Ext. Rensselaer, N.Y. 12144, will immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be to the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Rensselaer County, 544 Broadway, Rensselaer, N.Y. 12144.
